Premium Vietnamese Matcha grown high in the mist-covered mountains of Van Ho, Son La, with a vibrant green colour, smooth texture and naturally fresh, gently sweet flavour.
Cultivated at more than 1,000 metres above sea level, the tea is spring-harvested around March–April. Before harvest, the tea plants are shaded from direct sunlight for approximately 15–20 days, helping develop the distinctive character of the leaves.
The young leaves are carefully picked, steamed and processed into tencha before being finely ground into a smooth, vibrant green Matcha powder.
Combining Vietnamese mountain terroir with Japanese tea expertise, this Premium Matcha is beautifully versatile — whisk traditionally with water, serve over ice or use it to create smooth Matcha lattes and contemporary Matcha drinks.
