Unlike lighter, greener oolongs, this tea undergoes a high level of oxidation — approximately 80% — transforming the leaves and developing a deeper, more complex character. The result is a beautifully rich reddish-amber infusion with warm honey-like notes, gentle initial astringency, subtle tang and a smooth sweetness that lingers long after each sip.

Remarkably, that honeyed character comes entirely from the tea itself. No honey, flavourings or sweeteners are added — just 100% oolong tea.
