Discover a different side of matcha.
Grown in the tea highlands of Bao Loc, Vietnam, this distinctive Vietnamese Oolong Matcha is made from 100% premium oolong tea leaves, shade-grown for 21 days before harvest.
Using Japanese-inspired tea-processing technology, the leaves are transformed into a finely milled, vibrant green powder with a beautifully smooth character.
Unlike traditional Japanese Matcha, this Vietnamese Oolong Matcha begins with oolong tea leaves grown in Bao Loc. The result is a distinctive expression of powdered tea — floral and smooth, with subtle milky notes, balanced umami and a gentle sweetness that lingers after each sip.
Enjoy it whisked simply with water to discover its natural tea character, or turn it into a creamy hot or iced Oolong Matcha latte.
WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT

OOLONG MATCHA VS JAPANESE MATCHA
Oolong Matcha and traditional Japanese Matcha may look similar in the cup, but they are not the same tea.
Traditional Japanese Matcha is made from tencha and follows a specific Japanese tea-making tradition.
Vietnamese Oolong Matcha takes a different path. It begins with oolong tea leaves grown in the highlands of Bao Loc. For this premium edition, the leaves are shade-grown for 21 days before being processed and finely milled using Japanese-inspired technology.
The different raw material and production approach give Oolong Matcha its own flavour identity, combining the floral and gently aromatic character associated with oolong with the smooth texture and versatility of finely powdered tea.
Neither needs to replace the other. They offer two different ways to experience powdered tea.
HOW TO PREPARE
For a simple cup of Vietnamese Oolong Matcha:
Tea: 3 g
Water: 60 ml
Temperature: 75–80°C
Sift the Oolong Matcha into a bowl or cup.
Add the warm water and whisk briskly until completely smooth with a light layer of foam.
Enjoy it without milk first to experience its natural floral aroma, smooth tea character and gentle sweetness.
HOW TO MAKE AN OOLONG MATCHA LATTE
For a smooth and creamy latte:
Oolong Matcha: 3 g
Water: 30 ml
Temperature: 75–80°C
Milk: Approximately 150 ml
- Sift 3 g of Oolong Matcha into a bowl or cup.
- Add 30 ml of water at 75–80°C.
- Whisk until completely smooth and lightly frothy.
- Add approximately 150 ml of your preferred milk.
- Enjoy hot, or pour over ice for an Iced Oolong Matcha Latte.
For a stronger, more tea-forward latte, use 4 g of Oolong Matcha.
Its floral character and gentle sweetness pair beautifully with dairy milk, oat milk and coconut milk.
WHAT IS VIETNAMESE OOLONG MATCHA?
Vietnamese Oolong Matcha is a finely milled powdered tea made from oolong tea leaves rather than traditional Japanese Matcha.
This premium Oolong Matcha comes from Bao Loc in Lam Dong, Vietnam, a highland region known for tea cultivation and particularly for oolong production.
The leaves used for this edition are shade-grown for 21 days before harvest and transformed into a fine green powder using Japanese-inspired processing technology.
Unlike loose-leaf oolong, which is infused and then removed from the water, Oolong Matcha is consumed as the finely powdered tea leaf itself — creating an entirely different way to experience Vietnamese oolong.
